Euston Hardware Donation Information

Euston Hardware does realize and welcome the opportunity to help the Kansas City and surrounding community and we are committed to doing so. Every year Euston Hardware helps many organizations through donations to various sport activities, events, and schools.

Each year, Euston Hardware does receive a enormous number of requests for donations but sadly cannot fulfill a lot of them. The decision to make a donation is at the discretion of Euston Hardware. In response to the substantial size of requests collected Euston Hardware has established the following guidelines to help with donation requests.

• All donation requests must be submitted in writing and received at least six to eight (6-8) weeks prior to needing the donation.

• Requests by phone will not be accepted. Incomplete requests will not be considered.

• To allow requests for as many organizations as possible, Euston Hardware can only make one donation for an organization per calendar year.

• Although we would like to fulfill every request, submitting a donation request form does not guarantee that your organization will receive a donation.

• Donated items are based on availability. Please understand that specific inventory requests may not be fulfilled and are not recommended.

• Euston Hardware donations could be gift cards, services or other products type donations.
